RETURNS & REFUNDS

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return your goods within 14 days of receipt and we will be happy to offer you an exchange or a refund excluding the original cost of delivery. However, we would appreciate it if you could make us aware within 72 hours.

This is on condition that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and with the original inner and outer packaging. We reserve the right to charge up to 50% repackaging fee for item(s) that need repackaging, deductible from your refund.

Please note this doesn't apply to made to order, non-standard, customised or special order products as these are not returnable.

Please also ensure that items requiring assembly, prior to installing are checked against the instructions and any parts listed to ensure it is assembled in strict accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. We cannot refund products that have been wrongly fitted or be responsible for any consequences of mis-fitting our products.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT IS PLACED?

Yes, you have the right to cancel your order with us within a period of 14 days. After this timeframe there will be a charge of 5% off the total order. If your order has been dispatched or is due to be dispatched we will not be able to cancel your order.

WHAT HAPPENS WITH FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS?

In the event that your order arrives in a faulty or damaged condition, please contact us within 48 hours by email. We will ask you to email a photograph of the damage, including the packaging to dkfurnitureltd@gmail.com. Please note that without the correct information and images we will not be able to investigate the issue.

Once we have received the returned item, it will be inspected and a repair or replacement will be arranged where possible. Please note that failure to notify us within 48 hours of receiving a faulty or damaged product could mean we have to charge for a replacement.
